To dream that you have nausea suggests that you are suffering from a sickening situation or condition which you are trying to rid yourself of.
1. A feeling that a situation or dilemma has gone from bad to worse
(as in “sickening”).
2. Inability to accept or intense fear of a situation.
3. A need or desire to “purge” a usually emotional, sometimes behavioral, set of traits or reactions.
4. Possible illness or pregnancy.
A dream in which there is a feeling of nausea is drawing attention to an imbalance, rejection, opposition or resistance in your life.

1- Nausea in a dream usually indicates the need to get rid of something which is making us feel uncomfortable. It may be a reflection of our physical state, but since the stomach is the scat of the emotions, it may be a representation of an emotion that is distressing us.
