Lock, locked Dream Meanings

AS IN LOCK AND KEY

Locks symbolize inaccessibility. Perhaps you can’t get what you want; or perhaps you have denied parts of yourself access to your conscious mind. In a healthy psyche nothing should be locked.

CANAL LOCK

A canal lock may symbolize a block in the flow of psychic energy. There may be repressed materials that need to be brought up from the unconscious; some neglected function / capacity / instinct may need to be activated.
